01. What is HubTT?

HubTT is a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together. It's one integrated CRM platform that gives all your departments — including marketing, sales, commerce, and service — a single, shared view of every customer.

02. Where is my data stored?

Your data is securely stored on our servers, which are located in a secure data center in the United States of America, in a restricted area with absolutely no physical access available to third parties. The data is available only to the user (or anyone who has access to the username and password). We will NEVER share or sell your data, texts or numbers.
All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

03. How do you protect my privacy?

We assure you that none of your sensitive information can be used or accessed by any third parties, unless requested by legal authorities.
This information is protected by our employees and professional security software. Data transfer between our client's devices and our servers is encrypted (256-bit SSL certificate issued by GeoTrust).

04. Can I use HubTT on my smart-phone/tablet?

You can easily use HubTT from any mobile device. All HubTT Web App pages are also fully responsive and will adapt to your screen size automatically.

05. How do I sign up?

It won’t cost you a penny to start your HubTT account and we don’t take any credit card details. To Sign up:

  1. 1. Go to the Sign Up page
  2. 2. Complete the signup form and click Create my account.
  3. 3. You will be redirected to the confirmation page.
  4. 4. Check your mailbox for a verification email from HubTT
  5. 5. Open the email and click on the Verify my email address button.
  6. 6. You’re now ready to go! Log into your account to start using HubTT

06. How can I make a payment?

We offer a pay-as-you-go service and accept Visa and Mastercard payment methods. We do not keep your credit card details on file.
All purchases are non refundable.

06. How am I charged when I send text messages?

When you send group SMS, your account balance is deducted according to:
  • - Text message length
  • - Text message destination
  • - Number of recipients

The longer the message (amount of SMS parts), the more it costs.

07. What are the text messaging rates?

The cost to send a single text message to any mobile phone in Trinidad & Tobago is $0.39TTD. Contact us for pricing for other countries.
